Accidentally deleted an album in iTunes. It shows in my list of purchased items on my Mac but there is no option to download it.

It is shown as purchased when I search for it in the iTunes Store app on my iPhone but there is no option to download it here. There is a Purchased icon in blue next to each song, but clicking it does nothing.

There is a song with the same name as the album and the Purchased icon is smaller, not blue or within a box.

How do I recover this? None of the similar questions here or in Apple support solve the problem.
