Phone will not cut back on and there is an error that says "support.apple.com/iphone/restore" that will not go away how do I get it to turn back on?

support.apple.com/iphone/restore as per above, i tried everything. phone comes once plug to power supply or my macbook as follows support.apple.com/iphone/restore. tried the force restart nothing happened. tried restore on macbook and update completes everything then screen goes black with this error support.apple.com/iphone/restore. dont know what to do.
