Hello, my MacBook Air suddenly shut down, and it will not turn on, I’ve already tried charging it and checking if it is actually charging, and it is. My Mac doesn’t have a power button and I don’t know what to do :(

Call Apple Support - there is limited troubleshooting you can do for this problem and if it does not work, then your new MBA may need to be replaced (as was mine for the same issue). Were you using any type of USB adapter / dongle? There may be a common thread to this problem and the use of 3rd party display and other USB C adapters.
push the power button down for more than 10 seconds
as @ snowleapard 2020 mentioned - Power Button is in Upper Righthand corner of Keyboard.
