HP Printer not connecting to IMAC

Why is my IMAC not connecting to HP printer but all other devices are?

Is your HP printer supported? https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01664444

(If other printers work then this may be an HP support question).

Hi, thanks tried another printer but still didn't work - in the end we turned absolutely everything off including router for 5 mins and that did the trick :)
