Where do i request a tv show to be added
I have a huge want to get Young Justice TV series added to iTunes Australia all seasons but where do I ask them to do so?

Technically you would have to ask WB Australia or whoever holds the rights to the show in Australia.
Apple has no say in what is available in the store, that is down to the rights holders or copyright owner of the media.
Its up to them to make it available. Many times local distributions deals prevents certain things from being available in iTunes.
