volume structure error
I use an app called CheckMate from MicroMat. It checks my 2019 iMac 27" hardware on a regular basis. Lately, it has shown a volume structure error. I have tried to use Disk Utility First Aid, but it fails. Here are the results:

Previous conversation with Apple Support suggested erasing the drive and restoring. I used disk utility to erase and restore from a Time Machine backup. The restore went fine, however, the error is still there.
I tried to use TechTools Pro 13, but it doesn't support APFS format. I also used the Apple Diagnostic to check the hardware, but it found no errors.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
