Mac Location Settings Issue

When I go into settings and click on Location Services the whole area/page is greyed out and I can't change any settings, I don't know how to change this, any suggestions?

Enable Location Services on my MacBook Pro Won't Stay Enabled It's noticed because I am using the Forecast Bar weather app and every few days it's just turned off. I need to unlock it, enable it again, then relock it. I don't do anything to cause Enable Location Services to stop that I am aware of. Thus my question. Why is it doing it and how can I get it to stop doing that? It's very frustrating when all I want to do is have local weather on my MacBook!

Mac Location services is not showing the correct location no matter how many times I turn on location services in security/privacy. Mac book pro model a2141, software version 14.0.3 (16610.4.3.1.4), the location services is terrible. it is not correct. Location services has been turned on and the apps have been checked. this has been going on for months. how can I correct this FLAW.

Click the padlock icon at the bottom left, enter your password, and you will be able to modify the settings.
