Hi! I just got some new Oticon hearing aids. They work fine with the phone and I can even adjust from my Apple Watch. However, I can't add the complication, even though it is listed as a complication. The instruction manual shows an example using the Utility watch face, but I tried it exactly like that and it doesn't show.

Thanks for that reply and additional information! It might help to update your iPhone to iOS 14.3, and then double-check for app updates for both your iPhone and Apple Watch:

Update apps or use automatic downloads
If you've verified the iPhone and all apps are updated and you're finding that only Oticon is affected, reaching out to them directly is a good next step: How to contact an app developer

I almost forgot to come back here, but it seems this issue is fixed now. Not sure if updating the iOS or watchOS fixed it, but I can add it now.

For verification, it sounds like you have the app installed and you're able to select the complication, but it doesn't appear on the face; is that right?
Also, is this happening on more than one Apple Watch face?
Does it help if you restart your Apple Watch and test it again? How to restart your Apple Watch

Not quite. I'm not able to actually select the complication. The app is in the list.
Yes, this is on more than one watch face.
I have restarted and even updated the watchOS.
iOS version: 14.2
iPhone Xs
watchOS version: 7.2
Watch series 5
Having the same issue. Seems Oticon might not have updated the complication for latest OS.
