Apple M1 Restore issue..

The tech from apple had me

Turn off Macbook Pro

2. Hold Power button

3. go in to options

4. disk utility

5. erase mac HD

6. Reboot

After that, we ran into the issue of no drive showing up so we tried installing from the Terminal commands and it failed and gave me an error code. I talked to a Senior Advisor that screen shared with me via my iPhone and tried walking me thru another process that was also unsuccessful the disk won't mount.

Known issue. Take it back— you have a limited 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
