My iPad mini screen keeps flickering. Unable to get a stable screen display.

My iPad mini screen keeps flickering. Unable to get a stable screen display. Not sure how and why it happened all of a sudden. Could it be a software bug issue or something to do with the circuit due to power fluctuation etc?
