Bluetooth Spinning Wheel

Why is it that after the iOS update my Bluetooth stopped working? When I try to turn it on it doesn’t give me the option. It’s just a spinning wheel. When I lower the control panel I try to turn it on that way but it just crashes. I tried resetting the network to factory settings, then I reset the phone to factory settings and none of that worked. I did a master reset pressing the up then down volume then power.. that didn’t work. I hate having my intelligence insulted when Apple associates ask like this is a rare occurrence. The “oh really that’s weird, let’s look into this” comment. Let’s cut the BS, this was clearly done during the update to the iOS. There’s plenty of people screaming this issue (online threads support my claim). Seems like everyone has a common issue... when they updated their phone Bluetooth feature was corrupted.
