trying to activate my new phone with Boost
and they said I need a sim card or go through you to activate? I was told at the Apple store to take my sim card out of the old phone and insert it in the new phone but it's not working.
You will need to get a SIM card from Boost so that your new iPhone can work on Boost's network.
