Is there a way to retrieve info from my old existing iCloud

I recently got locked out of my Email1@msn.***, I requested recovery, but started too A new iCloud which locked me out of my contacts and my music which I paid iTunes monthly. new iCloud is Email2@icloud.***. Is there a way to retrieve info from my old existing iCloud

If your Apple ID was locked - If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support.
