Screen frozen and Touch doesn't work on brand new iphone 12 Pro Max

My touch function stopped working. Figured I'd restart phone. That doesn't work. Phone is frozen on slide to power off screen. Any suggestions. It is a new iphone 12 Pro Max

Thanks. That is what I tried on my own and with Apple Phone Support. Nothing worked. Have to take it to store. Very unhappy as it is new phone not even 2 weeks old.
