iPhone 11 ear speaker

The ear speakers in my 8, x, and now 11 after about 4 months are not working. I have to set my phone to answer using speaker. I can not hear their voices. I have tried cleaning, tried toggle.

every iPhone I have had the ear piece stops being loud. I’m not deaf, I’m only 35.

this is an issue to the point I don’t want to up grade with iPhone anymore. My kids use my old galaxy 7 and the ear pieces and speakers are still extremely loud.

this has to be a software problem
