restore deleted workout type from Apple phone

I accidentally deleted a workout type from my Apple phone this morning. How can I restore it?

Apple Watch Series 4, watchOS 7

Tap on workout app,scroll down to the botton and tap on add workout,tap on your workout type in the list and it will be added back to your workout list.
