Can I add my samsung TV with AppleTV installed to HomeKit?

Wondering if i can add my Samsung UHD TV to HomeKit? Tried to look for device on HomeKit but didn’t seem to pop up. I also tried seeing if on the Samsung app SmartThings I’d be able to add but same issue.

Utilizing Lightning to HDMI Adapter for TV after updating to iOS 16.2 I updated my iPad 6th generation to iOS 16.2.. My lightning to HDMI adapter no longer works with my Samsung smart tv. I have two older Samsung tv’s. I have been using the same HDMI and lightning cable with no issues. Once I updated from iOS 15 to 16 the cable no longer works on any of the televisions. I have changed both the HDMI cable and lightning cable with new ones, no change. I tried to utilize my iPhone with the same cables, no difference. Was there an update with the new iOS preventing the lightning to HDMI cable to transfer movies from iPad or iPhone to the television?

Apple TV 4k Box not Showing Personal Library Just purchased an Apple TV 4k box and setup successfully. However, when using the Apple TV app on the box and selecting Library, I'm not seeing my personal library of home movies that I host on my iMac. I can see my home movies in the Apple TV app on iPad and iPhone. Any suggestions?

Hi Joseph_43,

We see you're trying to add your Samsung TV to your Homekit. Be sure the device is compatible, and you're using the steps in Add a HomeKit accessory to the Home app.
