In the sidebar, navigate to the Uninstaller

Click View Applications

Filter apps by Vendors, Stores, or type (e.g. it’s now safe to delete any 32-bit apps since they don’t even launch on macOS Catalina and later)

Select the apps you don’t want anymore and hit Uninstall
