iPhone stuck on Apple logo

What happens if your iphone x is stuck on a bootloop with apple logo for days? Its been stuck there forever no matter what I do. Powering off and on doesn't show the home screen just the apple logo forever. is my iPhone broken. Should I repair the inside of the phone to a store other than apple. Since phone wont work on itunes and cables wont work as well and doesnt show itunes when restarting multiple times.
