I ordered an i phone 12 and i haven't received an order acknowledgement. My direct debit has been confirmed by Barclays.

The same thing happened to me, I ordered an apple watch on sunday and still haven’t received any acknowledgment or confirmation of my order. Called apple support a few times, as well as my bank, yet no one was able to help. Please let me know if you get one.
