iPhone 8 Plus can’t reboot

My iPhone 8 Plus has been stocked with the white screen and the apple for hours and it doesn’t let me hard reboot it. I tried the volume up, volume down and on button steps, but it’s not responding. and when plug it to the MacBook it’s not recognizing it

Any other idea?
