How to download previous macOS?

Good day! How do I download previous macOS installer, like High Sierra?

I've found the this link https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211683 which links to the front page of Mac App Store, but no download link. I've also found updates to the different previous systems, but not the actual macOS file. I'm based in Norway, maybe that has something to do with the link redirecting me to nowhere.

Do you know (fingers crossed)?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.12

Make sure you open the page and the links while in Safari. Other browsers won't work.
