Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Hi. I've paid for à app for my daughter but it's only working on my iPhone, how come? I need it to work on my iPad too, otherwise it was pointless that i bought it. I have the same Apple id on both so therefor I think it's odd.... ? Can You help me?

not all apps work on both iphones and ipads it should be stated on the apps page in the store
other than that if you use different appleID's on your phone and on your ipad then it will only work on the account under which it was purchased, unless the app offer family sharing Family Sharing - Apple

Which app is it?
You will need to contact the app developers as it is down to them, it's nothing to do with Apple
But the app works on both, but the paid version doesnt work on the iPad. How come? Its on the same Apple id: the name of the app is: ”kul för barn”.
