Cannot Verify Payment Information, may I know how to fix this issue?

Hi Guys, I have the problem on here is can't even bind my payment method from my Touch n Go E-wallet payment method here.

Recently have respond from Touch n Go platform after authorisation, but still comes out with the problem "cannot verify payment information" here. After I tried a few times, and I get reject from Touch n Go platform with disagree authorisation already.

And now, any of my payment method credit cards cannot be bind in to, this e-wallet is the same.

Please helps for this here, thanks.
