Why am I getting weak security on my iPhone 11 but not my iPad?
Also how to I find or try to change this on my iPhone?

Is your iPad updated iPadOS 14? If so, maybe that doesn't have the same feature.
To get rid of the message, you'd need to change the settings on your wifi router to be more secure.
