Apple remote will not detect Bose sound bar remote when trying to learn remote
I am having difficulty getting my remote to learn a Bose smart sound bar 300 remote. I follow the steps to learn remote and it says “no signal detected”.

Please try these steps with your Apple TV to help configure another remote.
- Open Settings on Apple TV.
- Go to Remotes and Devices > Volume Control and choose Auto.
If this doesn't work, try going to Settings > Remotes and Devices > Learn Remote. Then follow the onscreen directions to help configure the Bose remote.
