No iPhone XR speaker sound

My iPhone XR speaker sound suddenly stopped working for playback of videos; although it works for phone calls. When unmute is pressed, no sound is heard.

iOS 13.6.1 Audio stops working during telephone call My iPhone 6s and my girlfriend's iPhone 8 Plus, both suffer from audio loss during telephone calls. During a telephone call, audio will stop working (for 1 to 5 seconds, before coming back and then dropping out again at seemingly random intervals) and I cannot hear the person on the other side and they cannot hear me. This happened after updating to iOS 13.6.1, before the update, everything was working well on both phones. Any suggestions and tips?

iPhone 13 pro max sound keeps cutting out Hi, does anyone else have problems with their iPhone 13 pro max sound? While on a call my iPhone keeps cutting in and out and distorted. My iPhone 13 pro max is only 6 weeks old and I have taken the upmost care of it. I have tried the suggestions on the apple support but it’s still not fixed. Thanks Vicki

See this, If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support, although if you are hearing other sounds, just not video, my guess is it has to do with the video.
