Banner at top od iPhone se 2020

On the top of my new se 2020 iPhone it reads "10 of 14" and I can't figure out what it means and can't get rid of it.

Turns out we had switched from an older iPhone SE to the new SE 2020 with a larger screen. When the picture was transferred from old to new it came smaller from the old SE and the banner at the top was filler. Once we changed the size of the picture used for backdrop on the home page the banner was gone. It took Apple tech support a while to figure it out. Thanks for replying.

Are you within a specific app when you notice this banner? If so, which app? Has it always been there, or did it appear suddenly after a specific change to the device? Is the banner present after you Restart your iPhone?
