Merge 2 icloud storage accounts

My wife has a 50GB icloud storage, and now I have just started a family storage of 200GB.

How do I merge here 50GBicloud data into the family storage without loosing any data?

You use iCloud family sharing and invite her to use it. When she accepts, her 50Gb subscription will be cancelled and she will now access her data with her AppleID in the shared storage allocation. You don’t have to do anything with her data - that will all be handled automatically by the iCloud system.
