Every time I pull up MS Power Point (work files, don't judge) it asks for permissions password. When I type in the password and click allow it just gives me the box again. I can't get out of the do-loop and when I close powerpoint the box requesting the password remains until I reboot.
All the suggestions about using Keychain access and locking/unlocking it don't work.

If iCloud Keychain won't turn on or sync
If you navigate to the Apple menu () > System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud, do you see a check mark next to the selection for Keychain?
