How do I change the settings in my Keychain Access. I can't use some aspects of Microsoft Word installed on my computer without changing my access... it's asking for a password. I have no idea how to find the password without clicking on something.

Next, let's see if this behavior persists in a second user account on your Mac. If you have a second account, please log into that and see how it works. Thank you, I was able to get this sorted out with an Apple technician on the phone. It was a bit beyond me.
My keychain Access freezes up every time I try to click on anything.
