Specific Email Subject Notifications

Is there a way to receive a notification when a specific email Subject arrives in my email?

I have an iPhone 11 running the latest iOS. I'd like to be alerted when any online vendor takes stock of a given product and they're replying back to those customers that requested to be notified. I've signed up with numerous vendors not just one.

Hope this makes sense. If not, please ask for more detail.

If this isn't possible through typical Notifications, any workarounds?
