With 14.2, I cannot change the Apple TV’s name and cannot associate it with a room. Has anyone else seen this problem? And, is there a resolution?

Your reply would not resolve the problem. After the upgrade, I assumed that the Apple TV reboot was the same as a restart. In this case, it was not. I had to perform a restart of the Apple TV, and then I was able to see the HomeKit room prompt and change the HomeKit room.
When in doubt, one should restart the device. :-)

Add a HomeKit accessory to the Home app
