i forgot my apple id and i cloud password

I don’t have a trusted number either but I do have access to my email is their a way I can get the code their or another way

If you forgot both Apple ID & password with no trusted number either, then you may require account recovery - Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

If you can’t sign in, access a trusted device, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery to regain access to your account”
