Forgot apple id password

Hello i forgot my apple id password and i have tried to restore it . So they say that i must insert the trusted number that they will send an apple code to it so i did put in that number and got the code after it it says that they will send another code to my email address of apple id wich clearly i don't have access to because i have no password 😀

Plus i am writing this question on my other apple id

And not on the one that i am facing trouble with
