Daughter Locked her iCloud and telephone number has changed

Hi all,

I have tried everythihng, so I'm hoping someone can suggest something new? My daughter forgot her icloud password and upon trying to reset it the telephone number assigned to the recovery is my old number that I no longer have... so I don't know how to reset her icloud or change her password. wipe the

I've even tried to just wipe the phone to factory settings but it won't let me without putting the password in... ironically, she has sincde remembered the password but her icloud account is locked!

Can someone PLEASE help me? she can't access certain things on her phone and I just want to fix this for her.
