How do I delink my Health App from other accounts

We understand from your post that you wish to delink your Health app from other accounts. We know how important it is to control what data is shared with the Health app and what is not. Open the Health app and tap your profile image in the upper right corner. Then tap Apps. Tap the app that you want to stop sharing data from and tap Turn All Categories Off. If you no longer are going to use the app you can also delete the app from your iPhone which will remove it from the list of apps connected to the Health app.
