How to remove an app as a data source to the Health App?
How do I remove or uninstall an app that is a data source for the Health App. Without uninstalling it?

- Open the Health App
- Open the Health Category that you want the Data Source removed from. For example, Blood Pressure.
- Scroll all the way down and tap on Data Sources & Access
- Here you will see the apps connected as Data Sources for the chosen Category.
- Set the appropriate app to OFF
