My Do not Disturb (DND) is scheduled for 10:30 pm to 7:30 am and repeated calls is on yet I received 3 silenced called between @ 11:12 AM. Cannot find why they were silenced call. the DND was not turned on so can anyone offer suggestion as to what other setting may have caused this.

Do you have "Allow Calls From" Favorites set? "Allow Calls From: Allow calls from everyone, no one, your favorites, or specific contact groups stored on your device or iCloud."

Hello Melissa yes the allow calls from is set to everyone, not sure what is going on. This is my business phone and rely on it for customer calls.

Are these calls coming from someone that is not in your contact list? If so, check Settings>Phone>Silence Unknown Callers.
