Texting issues in Mexico
I am in Mexico and I can’t text anyone without an iPhone. I have message setting on “send sms if iMessage is not available.” Data roaming is on. Any ideas?

Have you contacted your carrier to verify if they are experiencing an outage or that all is good with your account? If not, that's the best place to start.
