IOS 14.2 won’t install on my iPad

My iPad (5th generation) is having issues when trying to update to IOS14.2. I have tried doing it connected to a MacBook as suggested by the help page but this has not worked. The wifi connection is fine, there’s enough storage and it’s got enough battery - it still doesn’t work when plugged in. What do you suggest I do?

Hey Laurenmhills,

Let's try getting your iPad updated. Do you get an error message when attempting to install the update? If so check this out: iOS update and restore errors.

You can also remove the download from your device and redownload it. You can see how to do so here: If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update
