Why won’t my phone let me use flashlight or camera

I can’t use my flashlight or my camera on the back won’t even let click the flip button and when it is flipped it’s a black screen.

iPhone 11 back camera/flashlight not working earlier today when i went to go on my phone, the camera was making weird, clicking mechanical noises. those stopped and now my camera and flashlight aren't working. i can use the front camera but whenever i try to flip it to the back.. it's just a black screen. ive tried trouble shooting in every single way possible but nothing has worked. turning off my phone and back on, switching off the camera app in content & restrictions, i cleared some storage, etc.. it also won't work on any other app that i have. nothing has worked, any other solutions?

Camera and flash the back camera dose not work in all apps it becomes black and the flashlight too isn't working for 2 hours, I turned of the phone 3times and still dose not work

My camera and flashlight do not work Hi! My camera and flashlight do not work, when I access my camera or apps that need it such as Instagram or Snapchat, the screen is just black… it also happens on selfie position. Additionally, the flashlight do not turn on! I have already restarted my phone several times and even resetead all settings but it is the same. Really hope you can help me :)
