How do I find my air play password for my tv? I don’t remember setting one up

When you get the iPhone setup to AirPlay on the TV, the TV should provide you with the passcode necessary to connect the two devices. That is what always happens for me. See this, Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror your device’s screen - Apple Support
