Calls going directly to voice mail

How do all my calls suddenly go directly to voicemail? Do not disturb and airplane mode are not on. Turned off & back on. Still same issue. No settings have been changed. Phone no longer rings! Everything goes to voicemail.

Hello,

Ah, do you have access to another phone to test with? How about a friend, family member, coworker etc?

Then put the two phones side-by-side and have the other one call yours and closely monitor the results. Can you call them?

If no help, you might contact your cellular carrier.

Let us know if you get it figured out.

Good luck.

Hello,

See these steps:

1) Check the silent button above the volume buttons.  Do you see red?  If so, move the slider.

2) Is Do Not Disturb on?  Go to Settings > Do Not Disturb.  Is it turned on?  Check the times.

3) Go to Settings > Notifications > Phone.  Check the settings. Change the Sound. Does it make a sound?

4) Do text messages make a sound? Go to Settings > Sound & Haptics.  Change the "Text Tone" to a different sound.  Does it make a sound?

Good luck.
