CBS all access through the Apple TV app not showing Sunday Morning

I like to watch Sunday Morning late on Sunday morning. I purchased a package subscription the included CBS All Access and Showtime. When I try and see Sunday Morning the app wants me to pay for it or the show isn't there yet. However, it does show up on the direct CBS All Access app within Apple TV. I noticed this evening it was available in the Apple TV CBS All Assess app with no problems. I only post this as it seems to happen every couple weeks or so. Shouldn't the Apple TV version and the CBS app have the same content at the same time? It seems like the Apple TV is the lite version compared to the direct CBS version on Apple TV which isn’t what I thought I was purchasing.
