Iphone 12 Pro Max - Network Loss

I have been experiencing intermittent network loss, the only way to fix is restarting the device. Since this has been happening for the past few weeks I noticed the following behavior:

  1. If you let the battery dry once you plug the charger and the OS is backup, the intermittent network issue starts, I placed it on airplane mode, brought back and noting, the only way way that made this issue to stop is when I turned it off and turned it back up manually.

Hi Marcio,

It looks like you're having some issues with the network connection on your iPhone 12 Pro Max that requires a restart. A reliable connection is important on your device to stay connected and access data. We're glad you reached out for help.

Is this happening with Wi-Fi or cellular? Are you using a VPN, security software, or private browsing software? Take a look at the resources below depending on the type of connection you're having issues with.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

Should you continue having issues after those steps reach back out to the community. Information about the network you're connecting to and if you notice this happens in certain areas.

Have a good day!
