My Logitech mouse isn’t connecting to my iPad

I just resented my whole iPad because it got disabled but when I tried to connect my mouse to my iPad t says “Pairing Unsuccessful. Pairing taking too long” I also have a iClaver keyboard it does say that the keyboard can affect Bluetooth and so I disconnect it. No change. Sometimes when i try to connect the mouse on iPad and it doesn’t even pop up in the list of other devices. Someone help me!!
