comics reader that syncs with icloud drive?

Is there a comic book reader that can sync directly with iCloud Drive in Year 2020, so that I can avoid eating up the paltry file space on my iPad with large comic files? I’m having a heck of a time figuring out whether the various options are capable of this. Thanks in advance!

Preview on IPad and iPhone X? Why have a PDF reader on the Mac OS that does not work on the iOS platform? Documents I download to Preview on my Mac stay there unless I share them as read-only docs with Reading List or iCloud Drive for mobility. This is wasteful of really good PDF software. Obviously I could use another app that does sync across platforms. But, I like Preview, and would like to see it in tandem with the iOS platform. Is that going to happen in the near future?

Unable to view .pdf documents on my 2021 iPad mini? I am unable to view .pdf documents on my 2021 iPad mini, located on iCloud. I can see them on my MAC mini running Monterey (12.2.1) and my iPhone 8 running iOS 15.4.1 but not my iPad mini running iOS 15.4.1. I have Acrobat PDF Viewer installed on all 3 systems. What gives? How do I synchronise a PDF reading progress, bookmarks and highlights across my devices? I'm reading a PDF on Books and would like to have my progress, bookmarks and highlights available across my devices. I have Books Enabled on iCloud and a PDF that was assigned to a collection on my iPhone appears in the same collection on my Mac, however, progress, bookmarks and highlights won't sync.

Have you considered using a third-party option, e.g. OneDrive, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive?
