can beats flex do Switch devices?
i'm thinking if beats with H1 chip can switch device like AirPods?

You're correct that there are some Beats products which support the seamless switching between devices. The following list can be found when you click on the "supported AirPods and Beats products" link from the Switch AirPods between iPhone and other devices article:
"Headphones that support automatic switching
- AirPods Max
- AirPods Pro
- AirPods (2nd generation)
- Powerbeats
- Powerbeats Pro
- Solo Pro"
The Beats Flex are not one of the supported models.
