Apple TV: YouTube won't Load

I am watching the YouTube app on my Apple TV.

For some reason, YouTube will not load.

Seems to be mostly the news.

Is anyone else noticing this outage?

Powering off of 30 seconds does not work.

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

For 4th generation or later, try this for any misbehaving app:

Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue persists, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.

It is Apple TV 3.

I'm referring to the Apple TV itself - not the Application. So, viewing you tube on my projector, from Apple TV, it just would not play. I don't think there is a way to delete YouTube App from the physical Apple TV itself, is there?

Any thoughts for a 3rd generation or later Apple TV?

The issue seems to go away and come back - I am hearing that YouTube had shut itself down yesterday, and blocked out quite a few items - no idea how or why to fix it.
